Here’s a rundown of everything that Apple announced:

iPhone SE

Apple unveiled a new budget iPhone, the iPhone SE (2022). This newly updated phone is the successor to Apple’s iPhone SE 2020 model. It is a budget-friendly option that comes with some of the features of Apple’s more expensive models. iPhone SE now comes with an A15 Bionic chip, the same chip that powers the iPhone 13 models. It also now supports 5G speeds, making it a good option for those looking for a budget 5G phone. The phone’s glass will be the same Ceramic Shield that Apple uses to protect its iPhone 13 models.

The camera has also been slightly upgraded too. You can now have a 12MP front-facing camera with support for Smart HDR 4 and Deep Fusion. The battery life is also claimed to be longer than the iPhone SE 2020 model.

The new iPhone SE will start at $429, that’s $30 more than the iPhone SE 2020 model. Preorders on store open up this 11th of March and will hit stores shelves on March 18.

New iPhone 13 Colors

Apple March Event: Everything Announced

During the Apple March Event, Apple also announced that it will be releasing new colors for the iPhone 13 models. iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max will now come in alpine green color, while the iPhone 13 and 13 mini will come in a new green color. The new colors will join the already existing color options. People can pre-order the new finishes starting March 11.

Now that the iPhone 13 series is nearly six months old, introducing new color options could spark interest in Apple’s top product line. People are starting to shift their attention towards the iPhone 14 which is expected to launch later this year, so Apple might be doing its best to keep sales of the iPhone 13 high.

Apple March Event M1 Ultra

One of the most exciting parts of the Apple March Event is the new addition of Apple Silicon. Apple is taking the next giant step in computing with the announcement of the M1 Ultra. It combines two M1 Max chips for twice as many CPUs, GPUs, and Unified Memory. It now has a 20-core CPU, 64-core GPU, and up to 128GB of unified memory. Apple debuted its first new Mac model in years with the Mac Studio. The Mac Studio is a computer that appears like a double-height Mac Mini.
