Cheers on Beacon Hill was originally established in 1967, at first it was named “The Bull & Finch Pud” but because of the legendary Tv Show “Cheers”, which was filmed there, they changed their name to “Cheers on Beacon Hill” as we know today.

So how come pub like this become an inspiration for one of the greatest tv shows of all times? Before the tv show was filmed the producers of “Cheers” headed to Boston to get some vintage American inspiration. After many locations they found it and decided that The Bull & Finch Pub will be main bar for “Cheers”.
