Ginger Grant – Gilligan’s Island

When the pilot for Gilligan’s Island originally aired, people loved it. But there was certain character who the producers felt needed to be change. On the first episode of the tv show, the actress Kit Smythe played Ginger Grant but not for too long.

The directors of the tv show wanted to go to a different direction, which made them replace Smythe with Tina Louise. This replacement ended up being one of the best parts of the show.
